NOERYONG-JEONG is the place for studying and teaching Cho Sik¡Çs diciples for 12 years, when he was 48 years old. The name, Noeryong, was mamed affer the book chuangtzu which demonstrate rules of Taoism.
He worte the letter to the King at this place which criticizes governmental affairs and suggests reformation at that time.
